We do all we can to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. All meat is vacuum packed from fresh and dispatched in food hygiene standard insulated boxes with ice packs included. We operate a system were all our orders are dispatched on two consecutive days of the week which can gaurentee you recieve your order within 5 working days. See terms and conditions for further details.

National deliveries are made using an overnight courier. We expect the deliveries to arrive before 5pm.

6. What happens if I am not in when my meat arrives?

We ask the courier to leave the package in a safe place - normally in the porch, on the doorstep, in a shed/garage or behind a bush.

As animals come in all shapes and sizes, our products reflect this. It is worth noting that all our prices (except our boxes) are based on a minimum product weight and those outlined on this website are to be used as a guide only.
We will only charge you for the actual weight of meat we send to you.
If there is something you require which you do not see please contact us.
