All our sausages and burgers are made using the same free range meat that you see throughout the site. To create our speciality products, we blend the meat with seasonings and specialist ingredients to give natural flavours that guarantee you will just want more. All our sausages and burgers contain locally sourced ingredients with no artificial colouring agents.
Bacon For our pork we only use free range Gloucester old spots. Using this traditional breed means we achieve traditional flavours, unlike the conventional pork of today. This pork creates outstanding bacon which we dry cure ourselves.
