You agree to provide us with valid credit or debit card details which we will charge on receipt of your order, including the delivery charge.

If we are refused payment on your card, we reserve the right to suspend/terminate your order.

Aside from our meat boxes, which are a fixed price, the majority of our products are priced by weight. We trust you will understand that whilst we make every effort to keep weights as close to those stated on this website as possible, there will often be a small difference, hence a slight alteration in the price charged.

NB. We will only ever charge you for the exact weight we send you.

You understand that due to the seasonal nature of our produce, on occasion some goods will be unavailable. In this instance we endeavour to provide a substitute as agreed by you.

You are fully aware that we price most of our products based on weight and prices outlined on the website are to be used as a guide only.

We cannot be held responsible for any content/problems with links to third party sites which appear on our pages.

We operate a system where all orders are dispatched on two consecutive days of the week which can only guarantee you receive your goods within 5 working days.

You understand that although we endeavour to deliver to the whole of the UK, this is not always possible and where it is difficult, extra delivery charges will apply.

We cannot accept responsibility for late or none deliveries and the inconvenience caused by any of these when they are due to reasons beyond our control.

You agree to check your purchase on delivery and notify us of any problems immediately.

Some of our products may contain nut traces. If you have any queries regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Here at RoamingRoosters.com we take the privacy of our customers very seriously.

On ordering with us, your details will be stored on our private database and used to process your order, payment and any correspondence.

All correspondence is kept for reference only.

We will not pass on your information to any third parties unless we are required to do so by law.

We will only contact you when necessary, for example to arrange replacement for unavailable produce and this will usually be by email.

Occasionally we will get in touch via other means, with information we feel will be of interest to you as a RoamingRoosters.com customer.
